One of my goals as a writer is to challenge Christians to think deeply about our faith and practices. I serve as President of Asbury Theological Seminary. My interests, though, are not strictly academic. I care about the on-the-ground work of the church by both clergy and laity, and I want to do what I can to build up the church for future generations.
